Anyone else feel like their birthday isn't special anymore?

It's my birthday today. P.s. i wouldn't mind any gifts lol

What do you think is our birth time = when we exit the womb or when we are awake after exiting the womb or you know when we start noticing our surroundings when we open our eyes?

Because my mom says i didn't become awake until later but i exited the womb early so just wanted to clarify when exactly would be my birth time.
