I never heard the metaphor of lights before. I think what I am understanding is you are looking in their eyes to find the desire of their heart or soul. Right? I look for people's heart and their intentions. Love is something we all crave as humans. But the reason why we crave love is more the intention. So if they crave love for attention then I will be less likely to want to be around them, cause they will want attention all the time and I need to be alone from time to time. If they crave love cause they want a connection with an other person, then I know they are looking a personal connection and to me that is more meaningful. They can love more than 1 person, but when they are with me I know it is more personal. If they don't know what love is and chasing after love to see what it feels like. Their intention is to learn see what they like and don't like. A lot of people who don't understand love are more of an introvert, they learn to love themselves more then love others. But want to learn to love others the way they love themselves. They prefer to be with someone is very like minded to themselves. Cause it will be easier to show them love. Then you have the love of approval, which to me is the intention to love cause your family, friends and people you support approval of that person. You are choosing to love them cause the people around you love them. Which can be fake love or learning to love. The intention on why they want the love is what I look for. I know people wanting attention all they time is not a good match for me. I prefer personal connection or someone who loves themselves. There could be more intentions for love that I have discovered yet or forgot about. I am pretty sure you will enlighten me with them. Thanks for sharing this post.
