I wouldn't want to live my life that way. We call fact what we see as reality. Need we go into the problem of the limitations of perception senses every single time to say something is real? I'd rather check something as much as possible, and if it presents itself as real, call it a fact but be open to learning and to the possibility of it being wrong, than hide behind the silly notion that everything is subjective opinion. That probably isn't the only interpretation of the quote, but it is the most problematic.
