What if you feel that you don't love your partner/husband/wife anymore but your partner/husband/wife is still holding on to you, would you still stay or go? (For you to reach to that point, a lot of negative thing has happened between the 2 of you already...) (edited)

If there is no change in how you feel and you have tried to reconnect and failed and if you have expressed your true feelings, then you must ask yourself if staying with this partner is holding you back from a chance at true happiness. Is your suffering really bringing them happiness? Do they really know how you feel and are they truly still happy. If you are giving out of kindness or duty and they are only taking then they will drain your joy and eventually your life. You must evaluate why you are staying… fear:of leaving and being alone or facing the consequences of separation… failing at something else? Because you aren’t ready to give up and you cling to hope? Because it’s what you think you’re supposed to do? You must step back and think. If there is no chance but they love you- they should let you go because holding on is selfish and cruel.
