It's Been 5 Months and I'm Still Struggling to Move On—Seeking Your Advice"
Hey everyone, I’m Shivam, and I’m reaching out because I’m finding it really tough to move on from a relationship that ended 5 months ago. It was with someone who I now realize had a lot of narcissistic traits, and the whole experience left me feeling drained and questioning myself a lot.Even though some time has passed, I still feel stuck in the memories and emotions of that relationship. It’s like I’m trapped in a cycle of overthinking everything that happened, and I just can't seem to fully let go. I’ve tried to distract myself with work and hobbies, but those thoughts keep creeping back in.If anyone has been through something similar, I’d love to hear your advice or tips on how to truly move forward. How did you finally break free from the hold of a toxic relationship? I understand what you are going through. Been there. Maybe still there. Heal yourself physically, mentally and chemically. Living with a narcissistic person puts you on a fight or flight mode. Your cortisol levels increase. Everything seems meaningless. I was stuck for two years with all the overthinking and dispair. Now I don't regret the breakup. I regret the precious time I lost being mentally stuck. Do whatever you can but keep moving. All the best.

I think it's need time, you can't force your heart to let her go. Just let it bleeding and getting tired in the end. I could talk more about it, coz I'm in the same situation. It been more than a month and I still keep thinking about it most of the time. There is a time I really want to text him but then I realised, we had trying before and we couldn't make it. And I just keep telling it to myself, we won't make it and there no point to keep trying. I know it's hard for you, just best of luck for you 🙌
