I might understand how you feel man. I work 12 hour night shifts 4 days a week and do online college. Being up when the rest of the world is asleep can be very isolating at times. When I don't spend a lot of time around people for several days it becomes difficult to suddenly jump back into social situations because it feels like I have to completely shift gears after being isolated for a bit. Also if you find you don't have much to say in a convo maybe aim to get the other person talking by asking questions and trying to build off of what they answer. Just try not to make it sound like an interview, if you can ask questions that genuinely intrigued you. Most people who are passionate about something or life as a whole are eager to share things if you ask questions.
