Got my internet cable run through the basement, my Roomba setup, my Nest setup, and my new Phillips Hue lights for my Kitchen. Bonus, I found a little cloth closet I can use for my Sun Room. Feeling very accomplished with myself.

Itching for a non smart phone again. My blackberry lasted two weeks bc I jammed the charging port but damn it was the best 2 weeks of my life 😭 my brain felt like it was living more in the real world. The new Nokia flip phones are affordable and tempting 😭

Moms and dads fail at showing us as kids empathy. Psychologist say emotional regulation and emotional intelligence but I think empathy is the main thing. Instead of pretending like all is good and building resentment there needs to be an increase of real negative emotion.
