1). Don't drink coffee past 12 hours before you plan to sleep. 2). Don't read or use your phone in bed. 3). Dim your lights and lower the house's temperature slightly ~2 hours before bed 4). ~2 hours before bed stop looking at a screen (TV, computer, phone, etc.). Yes easier said than done. At the very least, watch something that won't amp you up and lower the volume. 5). Do things that you find calming or relaxing, like drinking herbal tea (non-caffeinated)
