1.am always hate this time of night. I'm left to my own thoughts overthinking making most things bigger then they need to be. Not only that it can be so lonely. Been going on for so long now I should be used to it.

Melatonin issues??

How do you guys manage to sleep without melatonin? Recently I've been having issues to sleep a full night when I take my melatonins, but If I don't take them I just stay up all night. 🥲 Does anyone know why?
