Melatonin issues??

How do you guys manage to sleep without melatonin? Recently I've been having issues to sleep a full night when I take my melatonins, but If I don't take them I just stay up all night. 🥲 Does anyone know why?

Chicken salad sandwich.

Got this at around 9am..since I was so k.o. and cold. Couldn't be bothered to cookand went straight to bed.... didn't fall asleep.. insomnia isn't great..even with night work.
