I've been 15 days clean from an addiction I've had since I was 12 I'm so excited for what the future holds for me and I'm happy people around me have been supporting me as much as they can.

8I dropped my screen time on my phone and I’ve never felt better!
I just intentionally left my earphones at home while going outside. Really does wonders!

How would you feel If you lost everyone that you love all at once? And then found something that could take away all your hurt, sadness help you forget or at least not dwell on said loss…. How would you stop?

71 year anniversary
As of January 2023 I will have been 1 year cigarette and vape free. I'm very proud of myself and anyone who gave up something they were addicted too. I tried for years to quit with no luck this is the first time there's zero temptation. Been smoking cigarettes since I was 11 it was about time 😇😇 (edited)
