I am looking for a connection and a LTR with someone special. I struggle with severe mental illness pertaining to Schizophrenia, Psychosis, Bipolar Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, Anxiety, Chronic Stress, Insomnia, PTSD/Trauma, Depression and a learning disability.
I see a Psychiatrist, manage with medication and do med checks with a nurse. I also attend an online support group. These help. How I self soothe is with good food, good music and crafting.
