Feeling vindicated after receiving my ADHD diagnosis. About to turn 51 so it’s kind of an odd feeling! Had only realised am neurospicy in recent years (things got crazier post menopause) so it’s weird looking back on my life and realising I’ve been trying to fit my star shaped peg into a round hole!
