How old were you when you found d out you were neurospicy? My answer: I was 11 when i got my ADHD diagnosis and 16 when i got my High functioning Autism (Aspergers Sydrome at the time) Diagnosis.

Masking and Sedatives

Yesterday I took my sedative in the morning by mistake. I was expecting it to make me drowsy and sluggish, but I think all it did was stop me from masking. (I did get sleepy but that could have also been my fibromyalgia.)
