I need a BPD support group so badly. I have lost so many people recently because they dont understand/know how to communicate and handle my condition. I cant help it. Its not the reason for all of my behavior, no, but it does contribute to the reasons why I feel like I’m intolerable.

I'm having an episode but I'm surrounded by people who don't understand...and currently para suicidal. I have no idea what to do to get through tonight. Help? I have a therapy session tomorrow but it's way too far for me to hold on.
