I tell people before sitting on my lounge or bed you need to have a shower .. after someone has slept in my bed ( not sexual ) I will wash all the sheets blankets and pillows and towels ( after they leave ) just saying if you have one shower a day you either go to bed in your day... read more

Should I get therapy?
My brother says that if I have OCD I should get therapy to help get rid of it.
