Does anyone else here suffer with agoraphobia or mental illness? I have agoraphobia which means that leaving the house (my comfort zone) triggers extreme panic attacks, and makes me feel intense fear and sick. I would love to meet others who can relate

Some people don’t get it

Most people don’t understand that someone with agoraphobia can go out and still have agoraphobia. It won’t disappear if they go out.

I have severe fear of interacting with people but I need it so badly that I might actually lose what’s left of my sanity. I’m incredibly awkward and insensitive compared to people my age. I need friends. Like adopt me. Like help, I need to survive the masses. The only things I know is webtoons/novel
