To single fathers
I recently had to relent every other weekend of my daughter to her mother, and I know it's only 2 days out of every 14, but it's hard. Coming from a man who was an infantryman for years, know that your feeling of loss is real. Know that despite what the world says you are the best, left foot right foot, your daughter/son will grow up knowing that dad was there. You held the shield, and would fall on the sword if needed.
