I’m surprised nobody has pointed out that all human beings are mostly water. If you control water you could actually control blood or anyone, even the atmosphere with water in it

Probably Earth (rock, ground, etc) for me, since it's the only one that can feasibly use metal. That means I get access to guns, tools, electricity and the like. Also it means I get to use a giant battle mech in theory, so, come on, I can't NOT go with that.

I'm torn between Earth and Water, so much can be done with both

Air Then break it down to molecules You want water? Hydrogen + oxygen You want fire? Have a spark ready and your choice of flaming gas. Does a lot more than a strong breeze if you know what you're doing

I would love to be able to control fire. With that ability I would actively control destruction and potentially unburn the burnt and save those from burning without anyone being hurt. Maybe go so far as reverse global warming to better levels.

Helium. It seems that its in short supply and theres a finite quantity on earth. It also has a nasty habit of escaping our atmosphere. Id prevent that from happening. Maybe sell it. Or make people sound funny randomly idk
