I haven't been inside a gym in years. Instead I chose an active lifestyle, and to eat good food. Average 8 miles a day five days a week. My whole job is nothing but heavy, and I love it. I cook almost all my own food from scratch. If you're tired, then do it tired. Make Saitama proud.
