Banjo Tooie, hell yeah!

For me, I would have to say:
Fallout 3/NV.
Bioshock 1/2. (Wasn't a big fan of Infinite)
Yakuza Series. (No way could I ever pick just one) 
Legend of Zelda: Orcarina of Time.

Outer wilds- may have overlooked that one. The rest are solid, especially Banjo and Tooie - N64 was a solid console.
