Words From A Broken Heart!

Bea, I still remember the night when I landed at the airport to see you for the first time. I remember the black dress. I remember how you came running towards me as I walked out of the airport and jumped at me. I was taken aback, mesmerized, and blessed. Lots of emotions were running through my heart at the moment. All I could do was hug you, and my soul felt complete. I felt alive and found a reason for my life. I have a really good memory; I remember every bit of that night - the dress, your eyes, your smile, and how the first kiss on your forehead felt. You grabbed my hand and led me to the taxi cab. I was so taken aback by how beautiful you are that I just ended up telling you, "You're so beautiful, Bea." You looked back at me and smiled. In that moment, I truly felt alive, like I should treasure this smile. You smiled and said, "You are more stupid than I thought you were," because in 10 minutes of time, all you could say is one line. I just smiled because I felt happy, truly happy. I have never been so happy even when I bought my house or achieved a lot in life, just because she was standing next to me, smiling and telling me, "Bea, you could do it," and I did everything. My shoulders were burdened with responsibilities, but I never felt weighed down or suffocated. Every morning, as I woke up and kept my eyes closed, my feet and soul knew she was in the kitchen or the hall. I would walk up to her, hold her face in my hand, kiss her forehead, and open my eyes. She would smile and shoo me off, saying, "I have work to do, so shooo." But everything turned to ruins, the life I had worked hard for 10 years crumbled before my eyes. Helpless and useless, all I could do was kneel in front of Gods and plead for you not to be taken away from me. Despite my begging, it happened on March 25, 2023, at 2:29 AM; I lost you for good. I lost all reason to live. My mind shut down, my heart only felt pain, my soul yearned to break free. I held your body, calling your name, pleading for you to wake up and come home with me, but you remained still. As I tried to kiss your forehead, the doctor pulled me away into another room. All I could do was cry and ask myself why this had happened. I went over my entire life, searching for any action deserving of such a cruel punishment I found none. I shut down when I saw your eyes closed, motionless and silent. Unable to function, it was my brother who took charge. Though he had never been reliable before, in that moment, he became the most dependable person in my life. When every procedure was done, I sat next to you, held your hand, and just kept saying, I am sorry, I am sorry, until the last moment when I was about to perform the last rites and cremate your body. I promised you three things, and I am keeping those promises, my love. That's when I said my goodbye to you. After cooking it, I was feeding you with my hand, and you said, Goodbye Bea. When I heard it, I said, Duh, nothing will happen to you. I will fight till the end with you, my love, so stay with me. But you just smiled, and since then you didn't say anything. The next morning, when we were getting ready to come home, you fainted. After that, you became silent, and I fell in love with the silence. I remember every moment I spent with you, my love. Only I know how I live my days, but what goes on inside my head, only the person who took you away from me and made you an angel knows. I miss you Bea, Your stupid husband misses you a lot. I LOVE YOU, and I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU, BEA.
