What book or story do you wish they would make into a movie or series?

When I was in junior high and high school I use to read a couple book series like Game of Thrones or Lord of the Rings. They where called Dragon Lance and Forgotten Realms.

They where great and would make epic TV shows.

I'd love a tv series of the Morland Dynasty by Cynthia Harrod-Eagles. It's basically 500 years of Downton Abbey. One of the longest running and most underrated book series of all time.
