Video Games based on Movies

I think I talked about this a little before in a previous post, but remember the days of video games based on movies? While most are either bad or mediocre, there are some unique gems like Toy Story 2, Batman Begins, and my personal favorite Peter Jackson’s King Kong. They were a big thing in the late 90s up to about late 2000s and while are still a few like Avatar and the upcoming Indiana Jones game, there aren’t a ton like there we’re back then. So some questions: 1. What’s your favorite movie tie in game? 2. Are there movies today, whether old or new, that you think would make a good video game? 3. What movie tie in games would you like to see to be remastered or remade for todays pc/console generation? (Can include ones that are considered bad that you feel deserves a second chance) Me: 1. King Kong 2. I’m sure there have been games in the past that are based on this, but I’m thinking of Jack Blacks Goosebumps. Lot like the film, but each popular Goosebump monster can become unique boss fights and enemies like the evil gnomes can be like standard enemies that you fight and get back in the books. Can even search for weapons and upgrade them to combat tougher enemies. 3. Obviously King Kong, but another would be Disneys Tarzan. Its was mainly a 2D side scroller with some 3D sections. Imagine how cool it would be though to control Tarzan in a 3D environment and surfin in the trees. Like skateboarding in the jungle.
