Honesty
What are your thoughts on honesty? I think it is a bit overrated. I don't mean I don't value it, I just believe that it can be too much. Honesty is too blunt. And it is not fun to be around people who are too honest. Performance and expression can be more exciting that pure honesty. And the subtly ways to express ourselves is an artwork. We should use that. On the contrary though. Honesty grounds us. Sometimes we just need to know where other people stand on an issue. And simply, communicating respectful goes a long why in clearing out misunderstandings. Maybe we're all looking to be liked deep inside. They say we're all narcissists to some degree. That is good information. I just want to say... I like you ;) your a good person or you are a valuable person. See don't you like me more that I said the obvious truth?

Honesty is not (only) about saying stuff in a direct way, it has more to do with the way of acting in general. And it just means that the person is true to his/her opinions, as unsolicited as they may be. The bluntness could be related to the impact the person expects to make, since it can carry positive or negative intentions.

Lies are good sometimes, like you said, being honest and saying something like "you git really fat" isn't helpful. And if say you cheated, shut up, (to be clear don't cheat and never do it again), telling them just shares the pain with them, that should be your pain, not theirs. Like most things in life it's a gray area.

As Not finished persons we need to be honest to Our selfs. Liying come from Feeling ashamed about Something. If we are honest we start to Accept us as we are. It also mean to be honest to Others. If someone want to hear Our opinion, why should we hold Back? Friends can Tell you Things Other would never do. Thats why they are Friends. Right?! Our Time is füll of people how Show US Things that are not real. For Kids how really believe what they hear and See can it be really Challengeing. But who want to Take Kids their Fantasy, away? On some Point we need honesty to believe in Things. On the Other Hand can to much honesty disturbing. Like a great psychologist Said:"Sometimes is a cake, Just a cake"

Can't take criticism means can't move forward
Some people are so thin skinned that they can't even handle criticism like 1. Lose some pounds mate 2. Playing video games all day is not attractive 3. Your performance is terrible If you can't take these simple criticisms, there is no way you can improve yourself.
