You don't. You understand it. If your brain is sending signals to your body to put you in an anxious state, there is a reason behind it, it will continue to do it in certain situations, in response to certain thoughts, unless, you start to become aware and understand why these things are happening. All other ways to "deal" with it are merely temporary distractions. Understanding it is the only resolution.
