Alone
I hate it when I start feeling like this. But its such a quick and downward spiral it takes my breath away with how suddenly it knocks me down. It feels like I've jumped. But I am just sitting here, still crying, still trying to regulate myself. How can I be so good at soothing and comforting others, yet have not one kind word for myself? I can't talk to myself like I'm my own friend. I also can't sit here, where my anxieties leave me. Too much needs done. Too many rely on me. I cant disappear, no matter how far I run in my head.

For the longest I had bottled up much of my own issues, trauma, even my feelings just to please and comfort others, and even my former s/o. It was okay at first but what I didn't realize was that I neglected myself and little by little my anxiety and fears slowly crept in me and one day I had my very first breakdown and I realized how much I neglected myself; I ended up hurting and isolating the people I loved and cared for. And at the end when I was by myself; I hated myself. Anyways, I knew I needed help and I started to confide with people I trust, did some therapy sessions, and started journaling/ exercising and my outlook is starting to look a bit brighter; still a work in progress but I'm starting to love myself. I don't know you; your situation; talk it out with someone you can trust and if not, therapy is a good option too. Life is hard as it is and there's no reason why it should be more difficult. You will find clarity some day. I hope for the best. (edited)

I unfortunately know that feeling all too well. The feeling of endless hopelessness, when you feel like ther is no light at the end of the tunnel. Feeling like you don't deserve happines and having no kind thoughts about yourself. The weight of the world slowly crushing you until you crumble into pieces. The best you can do is talk to someone(like a friend or a therapist), even though I know it's a lot more difficult than it sounds. Pills can help too, they don't solve the issue, but they can be a great ally in your fight. It's also helpful to know you are not alone, mental health awareness is important, everyone faces some issue sooner or later, but you can move forward and be better. It's not easy, but you can do it! It's importan to take care of yourself, not just the people around you! Take care of yourself ;
