Strange sensation during mindfulness

Does anyone else accidentally "unlock" some area of your body that you usually don't feel? Baby’s in my Aquarium

It hasn’t been a week and I already see progress, in my new setup Aquarium, only one thing makes me feel a bit worried, the 10 blue Sakura shrimp definitely desapeard. I saw one 2 days ago hope the are well since I don’t see them in the Tank anymore.
