What motivates you to work hard?💪

I used to hold an initial assumption that everyone's decision is always right/ correct no matter what type of mode, background or mbti they are from so mostly simply answer "Yes" and rarely "No" because most people are a bit hard to accept "No" as an answer. If I could change one thing about my life, it would be not simply follow someone's suggestion/activity or crowd.
