An almost 2 hour labor of love without an electric mixer.
Tiramisu, but instead of coffee there is very densely steeped hibiscus tea to mimick the acidity of coffee with a higher acidity level traditionally used for tiramisu. My dominant arm hurts 😅. Only to whisk whipping cream it takes around 30 to 40 or more minutes.

Surprisingly I did end up making tiramisu.
Used the most simple recipe without eggs. Since I don't drink coffee with a high percent of acidity I ended up adding some of the leftover bottled lemon juice into the mascarpone itself. Just tried this and would not recommend. The problem with this not refrigerable apple cheesecake is that the apples are also sweet and because of that there's not a lot (basically zero) of acidity in the cake.
Not worth the 2.99 price. In a Lithuanian Lidl for that same price you can actually find a pretty decent honey cake. (edited)
