Cooking rice with maple syrup 🍁 and/or honey 🍯 mixed in has been such a tasty and nourishing weaving this year. Tahini and maple syrup mix well together also as a sweet icing glaze on sweet treats…like over the chocolate chip banana bread I haven’t made in a while…

I used to hate the gym, but now I can't imagine life without it. The gym has literally helped me in every Iaspect of my life.
