Feeling pretty bad but need to pack up and travel for a long weekend in 2 days..

I know I'll get it done but I'll be slow and I hate that. I usually prepare in advance even if I pack small and on the day, I overthink, everything...right now I just want to sleep.. or watch TV.. and I hate that. It's not me. Where did I lose me?
