Hey people, hope someone has experience here in this regard. Sadly, I often experience bad memories from my previous relationship after dates. Doesn't really matter how the date goes, but somehow it brings up the bad memories and it just crashes my mood for up to a week. Any suggestions how to at very least ease this issue?
