It’s hard to talk about but many men are victims of domestic violence. I feel as a male that it is very difficult to speak on this topic as I was raised to keep this type of thing in. Feelings are bad. Anyway I was in a 3 year relationship with a narcissist who insisted on gaslighting me and making me believe that her abuse was my fault. I felt as if I was less of a man because of the physical abuse. I took it quietly because I thought I deserved it.

Hello everyone, I hope everyone's having a good day and even better one as the days pass and I know everyone's gonna have amazing luck just keep going and trying. It will always come in the form you least expect or the one you never even thought of. Men I hope your mornings are beautiful and relaxing if you work day shift and if you work night shift make sure you try your best to get enough rest and eat everyday before and after and always snack in between. Kids I hope testing is going amazing and if you still have school you got this and for the parents of kids just be there for them if you don't know them do nothing instead and just keep cheering them up and always have there back, because its better to d nothing sometimes with your kids when you don't know them not. And don't forget parents you'll find your special somebody if not on here out in the world, another app or by pure accident which could be good or bad but it's always the best. And to all the woman and men out their since it applies to both and all treat each other we'll be nicer and stop being so rude, disrespectful or asking dumb flippin questions (woman) and men never fall for their traps it's a lose lose no matter how understanding or caring or anything your woman may be it'll always be a small chance it'll come back to bite you in the ass later in life or if your lucky never. But if you trust her she trusts you go ahead. And woman stop being so unreasonable with your expectations because yes while you may need to lower them by a lot sometimes they can be built back up but never in the way you may think or want or even expect so dont be such a downer. The man you lower your expectations for may very well be the man who raises them higher than before and you may just have found the one because all good things come in small packages and the best things come in ways you'd never have imagined.
