Alien Isolation is still the GOAT, I hear people refer to the VR version in the same positive tones as Resident Evil Village when it comes to placing you in a position of feeling super scared and uncomfortable. Having gone back to Isolation tho since launch, but I still remember it vividly. That first encounter where the alien descends the vent, man, chills!

Alien isolation is the reason I don’t do enclosed spaces 😂 not that I can ever see myself being in a situation where I’d have to climb through a vent or anything but still… when that lil bit-ch learnt that I’d hide in vents from her and chased me into one I didn’t play it for a week 😂 also the average Joe’s terrified me, especially when they’d play dead and then the next thing you know they’re choking you out 😂 pretty sure most of my anxiety is because of that damn game! 🤦🏽♀️
