I honestly totally forgot I know how to make tomato rice. Just stir fry leftover rice with tomato paste and ketchup. Beat and egg and mix it with the rice. Tried another new dish today, sweet and sticky pork belly over rice, it was very good! Only wish I had made a bit more of the sauce for the rice π€ will definitely have to make this one again with a few adjustments.

I really missed the honey pimento chicken from Chick-fil-A, so I came up with my own recipe, and I think it's even better on a bed of jasmine rice! I was thinking of maybe making a tutorial video, but I don't know if anyone would actually be interested... What do you guys think? (edited)
Ground Chicken, stir fry veggies, rice noodles, bean sprouts. Sauce of chilli crisp, peanut butter, ginger, garlic, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Topped with crumbled peanuts.
