So in my job, on an open shift, the first hour is to clean down the floors, walls, change toilet paper etc. well it’s now got to the point that I now come in half hour late because it only takes me like 20 mins - and I still get paid for the half hour I didn’t need “because you can do it in half the time, we wont penalise you for being efficient, but cant penalise others for not being as quick”. Essentially I get an extra 30 min break each day.
