What’s the most elaborate meal you have ever produced?

As a former executive chef and a current private chef, I always like breaking the ice with this question. The most elaborate meal I’ve produced for myself was for Christmas a few years ago…Duck Confit w/ Country-Style Sides and a very intense Red Velvet & Cookie Dough Torte Cake.
