Meditation practice tips

I did a 20 minute guided meditation earlier this week from a link my friend sent me. I had forgotten how much more relaxed I feel after meditating and would love to restart a daily practice. How do you keep a meditation practice going without falling off the wagon?

At this stage, I am so tired.

Hope keeps me going though. I wish I could just restart everything like a game so I could win eventually hahaha.
