I always hide my sadness behind books.

I actually feel so down in my moods that it's so hard to breathe. I want to scream out but I can't. I want to ugly cry, but I can't. I was always taught to hide my emotions because nobody cares. Now I have a hard time regulating my emotions. All I know is that I'm sad and I dont know what to do.
