I love studying and I like the understanding that everything is going well for me and comes easily to me, but sometimes I come across moments when I want and have to study, but for some reason I can't get down to studying.😶‍🌫️😓 Now is exactly the case, I want and have to prepare for exams, but I feel tired (I don't know why, maybe because I didn't get enough sleep 😅🥺😢), but the desire is there. I know the best solution is to go to sleep, but thoughts of studying won't leave me and it's such a vicious circle😩😩😩

Those thoughts about not studying are just your ambition pressuring you, not reality. Remind yourself, rest is productive too. Once you recharge, you’ll study better. Let go for now it’s temporary, not a setback. Focus more on the quality of study rather than hours, it's no use hitting the gas when fuel tank is empty. Your body needs rest acknowledge that and work accordingly.
