I would buy nickel, uranium and rare earth mines and pump the prices to the sky in order to force companies and consumers to reconsider how clean and little recyclable are electric vehicles. Then I would invest in small nuclear plants and salt water desalinisation plants. Finally I would try to buy lands in Africa and make them produce cereals.

If there was absolutely no constraint, I'd travel the world. During this trip I'd be inclined to cure hunger and do what I can for the betterment of every human I meet. Invest in infrastructure in every community in need, be it water reserves, food storage/supplies, housing and the like. I'd want no recognition, no reward, I'd just like to know that people are better off, see their faces shine, watch as they are now able to do more than just survive.
