Hello guys. Just moved into NYC and I’m quite new to the environment. Any suggestions on finding someone or how people here approach each other? It seems so different from the place I came from.

Starting again, not from zero

Losing an account means losing a place where your work, conversations, and ideas have accumulated. Rebuilding that space is strange — especially when the work itself never stopped. So, rather than simply reintroducing myself, I want to make something clear about what I do here. I'm an independent… read more

Women Being Selective

I see posts, and I've talked with men about this before. Many men are posting about difficulty with dating or trying to jump into long term relationships like yesterday. Public Transport

Ever seen someone at a bus stop that makes you think "Oh, this person is nice. I bet it would be cool to talk to them". Yet I never do and mind my own business. Sometimes I wonder, is it okay to approach people like that? Would people mind? Not just dating, could extend to "just friends" as well!

Can i share something?

If you approach someone, which I appreciate, don't just approach and leave. That's just weird🤣 I mean, it's nice that u're trying, but at least follow through. If you approach someone at a club, she's dancing with her friend and you say hi, my name is (name) what's your? That's a nice start.. but… read more

Continue of Mike Shinoda analyze

You are not simply observing a character. You recognize your own state in it. So if I try to reverse-engineer his approach, I would not try to reproduce his sound or visual style. What interests me is something else. He does not simply create a work. He continuously creates conditions in which… read more

Sorry ladies, but chivalry is dead and women killed it.

I saw these two questions recently: Why dont men approach or pursuse women like they used to? and Why don't men try to persuade after being told no? The main reason why we don't really chase as much or try to overcome rejection is because we can lose our jobs, livelihood and even freedom… read more
