+1 to what Lauren said. The face is pretty good. Add more definition to the hairs. You could outline it a bit more, add more detail to hair, put more emphasis on the strands of hair. (edited)

+1 to the hair comment. The lines for the faces are beautiful but the hair is very undefined and takes away from it. Doesn't mean you have to do all sorts of definition, just something to clean it up some.

Also it's kinda hard to pinpoint where u want ur focus of the picture to be cause my eyes are being drawn to the eyebrows for some reason
