Love...

We're easy targets because we're love-deprived. When you've gone so long without feeling wanted, even a little kindness feels like love. We give our hearts too quickly, and in doing so, hand people the exact weapon they need to break us.

More of the little 😸

My niece named them Jack (the gray one) and Jill (the orange one). Jill is getting medicine for her eyes, which are gradually improving. Wish I could take one, but my house is kinda full and I don't want to break up a possible bonded pair of siblings.

The universe just won't give me a break.
