Made some cheese topped buns with home made patties also made some burger sauce... sooo good even if I do say so myself

Nothing special again but turned out really well, a ground beef sirloin and pork burger with a large mix of seasonings, Caramelized onions, spicy pickles, spicy mustard, and pepper jack cheese, (and of course... Bacon!), then seared the buns a little in the meat juices.

Five Guys' burger.. since they are quite far from home, the moisture from the heat made the buns a little softer than if I were to eat in the establishment.. I do think they would keep better in boxes, than foil, but still tasty as usual. One of the better burgers, for a chain restaurant.

Bleecker Burger.. the so-called "best burger in London". I'm hoping it was a one-off but it was much too salty, the patty was nice and juicy, the buns soft... However, to be honest, the overall burger was underwhelming for the price. Would have expected a meatier patty and better seasoning π₯²
It's lovely when the owner lady gives extra hot buns because I refuses to let her handmade kaya go to waste. 6 extra buns later, my heart is as full as my stomach π₯° Pairing with a warm, classic soya milk felt like a literal internal hug.
