I’m 25 and having an existential crisis. I’ve never been in a relationship. I’m not usually lonely because I have many friends, but when they get partners and start families, I feel lonely because I’m the only one always available.

Explains alot of my Symptoms especially the breathing issues . Bicarbonate levels weren't low enough to be considered an medical emergency but it's a warning light.
