Come Back
Ever since my fall on my ribs in December,I had to ignore my favorite hamstring exercise for i think 7 weeks. Maybe more. Had to get comfortable bracing and landing my ribs on my crash pads. Fed into the pain and the pain went away. First time in months going cold into this movement, no pads, no shoes, and I got within inches of chest to ground. Used to do Y raise sets and sets with weights so this is PROGRESSSSSSS
