When people experience heartbreak, they feel devastated and can’t understand what went wrong.. I spend a lot of time trying to help people recover from heartbreak and I see a lot of people posting about the very same topic on here so I thought maybe this would help. 😊 Have you ever considered the fact that you may have chosen the wrong person to date? You can’t be responsible for other people and how they feel. If someone changes their mind about you, wouldn’t you rather know, then be in a relationship that is based on a lie? Many times people get involved dating others that have mental illnesses that either the person themselves are not aware of or the person that they’ve gone on dates with is not aware of sometimes both people are aware that one or both people have mental illnesses and they think that they can handle it and it turns out that they can’t. That doesn’t have anything to do with you that has everything to do with them and you shouldn’t take that personally. Consider how many times you’ve been on a date with someone where you really don’t have anything in common with them. You really didn’t have fun with them, but you stayed in the relationship and then somehow it went badly.. well that didn’t somehow go badly that went badly because you stayed in that relationship out of loneliness not out of love and even if you thought you did love the person you didn’t have enough common to sustain the relationship. a lot of people jump into relationships, way too quickly. If you don’t have really good communication, how do you expect to have a great relationship? Maybe you have really good communication but the person that you were dating doesn’t or maybe they had really really good communication and you don’t. I know a lot of people are not going to want to hear this last one, but if something is meant to be no matter how far apart you are or what decisions you decide to make in your life somehow, if something is meant to be, it will be and if something is not meant to be no matter, how hard you try to make it happen it just won’t fall into place but if it doesn’t then that just means it wasn’t right for you in the first place. When relationships fall apart, something wasn’t right and the easiest way to get over the heartache of it all is to except that relationship was not for you. I hope this was helpful for anyone experiencing sadness or heartbreak right now.
