About the waffle 🧇 in my previous post here. I managed to take a few small bites and then set it aside. I'm listening to my body cues, I immediately stop eating once I've had enough and feel like I'll not be able to eat without getting sick. My opinion about intuitive eating in severely obese 👇🏻
I think intuitive eating in severely obese people with bad eating habits leads to more harm than good, because obese people in general tend crave foods containing exorbitant amounts of sugar, salt, fats and are calorie dense.
