My second time playing Dungeons and Dragons. I’m Pirate, Wood-Elf Druid 🤣 this is gonnn be fuuunn. I also have a familiar. Tis a Crow 🐦‍⬛ last time I had a heard of squirrels and “ruined” the game 🤣🤣🤣🤣 had to beg for my Crow.

What do you think about roleplayers that like fights? I have being studying about players archetypes And they are often separate in 3 main groups:
* Who plays for battles
* Who plays for stories
* Who plays in a balance between both

Recently I came to the conclusion I am the 3rd option. I thrive in roleplaying during fights. That made me think: "why people dont like that?". Even worse. There are people that don't like who likes battles. In my mind I create many stories and scenes as in a shonen anime. That said, I guess our subconscient works a lot here. People that focus in stories instead of fight would prefer to create stories where the main character negotiate or socialize and so on, while people that like balance would love stories with a mix that can even be a shonen anime. I just think what the last option would think about that. The guys that like the battle. How do they feel about that?

Is anyone in San-Francisco or anywhere really opening up a D&D campaign? 
I have a charecter sheet made that I can happily rewrite too digitally instead of paper and a charecter reference art! 😭🕷

The kids on the street where I live discovered that I play tabletop RPGs and they always came to talk to me, ask for help and ask questions, I always thought that was cool, a lot of nerd vibes. These days I was asked to play a OneShot and I agreed, it was cool, everyone had fun. However, now the opportunity has arisen to offer them a table... I am in a moral dilemma as to whether this is right or wrong due to the fact that I am already twice their age, are adults in the children's circle a problem in this scenario?

Hi guys, first post! This is Pascal! The amount of work I've put into her as a character is endless 😭💛 She has an entire astrological chart alongside an explanation for each sign and how it correlates to her personality! 

Short summary: She's a feylost homebrew rakshasa tiefling! The Feywild permanently altered her appearance, which is why she's so colorful. She's a wild magic sorceress, later to become a druid after leveling and gaining more wisdom! Her starter wisdom is 5, she has no idea what she's doing :D Leaving the feywild altered her memories! So she survived on her own for quite a while before being found by a kindly stranger who helped raise her 💛

If you were to make a D&D character of YOU, what class would you be? I'll also say we can say a race other than human.

I would say I am a changing bard.  I seem to be able to fit into a large variety of people, but my true nature is seldom seen (or allowed to show).  While I am decent as singing, I have always thrived in the support role. I would be the one cheering on those who could do a task better than I.  I collect lore and gossip and tell both with a flourish and flair. I can tell you of a random niche history fact, the ancient lore of the surrounding lands, and the gossip about the couple about the blacksmith and tavern owner's wife caught canoodlng in a field from two towns down.
