I'm getting ready to play DND 3.5 and using a character class from Miniature Handbook, the healer. Never played one before.

The concept is rather cliche. My character is adventuring to look for his parents. His parents were respected merchants and vanished without warning one day. He now traveled the land to understand the world,find his parents and do what good he can.

Of coz dummy, its coz you never read the player's handbook. 

What is the spell I can learn?

My DM says i cannot prepare or learn any kind of spells. 

So if im an evoker, does that mean I only learn evocation spells. 

But I want to learn some necromancy and abjuration or other school.

I nvr knew being a wizard isn't easy.

The kids on the street where I live discovered that I play tabletop RPGs and they always came to talk to me, ask for help and ask questions, I always thought that was cool, a lot of nerd vibes. These days I was asked to play a OneShot and I agreed, it was cool, everyone had fun. However, now the opportunity has arisen to offer them a table... I am in a moral dilemma as to whether this is right or wrong due to the fact that I am already twice their age, are adults in the children's circle a problem in this scenario?

Druvak "Saltfang" Korran

Backstory: Once a sailor who found freedom on the waves, Druvak earned his name Saltfang after a chipped tusk in a brawl. But when his ship was lost to pirates, the sea that once gave him purpose left him ashore, hollow and broken.
Now a rogue drifting from job to job, he carries the weight of survival like a curse. Depression traps him in a cycle he can’t escape—days lost to drink, nights to restless silence. Still, he hopes that one day an opportunity will come, a spark strong enough to break the darkness and give his life meaning again.

I am trying to find a loophole in casting spell.

If you were to make a D&D character of YOU, what class would you be? I'll also say we can say a race other than human.

I would say I am a changing bard.  I seem to be able to fit into a large variety of people, but my true nature is seldom seen (or allowed to show).  While I am decent as singing, I have always thrived in the support role. I would be the one cheering on those who could do a task better than I.  I collect lore and gossip and tell both with a flourish and flair. I can tell you of a random niche history fact, the ancient lore of the surrounding lands, and the gossip about the couple about the blacksmith and tavern owner's wife caught canoodlng in a field from two towns down.

I really want to actually play *whine* I have so many characters floating in my head.  Such as:

-Bria Beestinger, burlesque bard (she is the oldest and has the most developed backstory)

-Jal (pronounced gel)- goo druid. She is a sentient gelatinous cube formed into a body of a woman by an insane wizards who wanted to make the perfect companion. Her best friend is a pet rat. All her beast shapes are goo versions of said creature

-Katome- half-orc warlock. Her atron gave her an emotional support hell hound for her anxiety. It has a glamour to make it look like a large Rottweiler. He is the bestest boy

Strum: a dodo kinku bard who speaks with Morse code via his hand drum

Wampus of the Lanes- young male tabaxi rogue who is searching for his missing sister, Peaches. They were sprayed when they were very young kits (also, 100% base off my cat)

Made a Player box inspired by my first PC after YEARS of being a DM

Okay so im not completely new to dnd. Ive played a campaign before as a warlock. Yayy edrich blast so fun lol.
Anyway moving on i found a new DM and he knows his stuff. So when randomly creating a on hero forge messing around nore like it. I gave the character bionic wings and guns. And then just showed him. And he was like dope yeah you should play as that, you can do that with an Artificer. .. keep in mind this word meant nothing to me... so I followed what he said a d tried it out...
Fast forward to level 3... I don't get it. Lol i chose a armour type or something and i enchant things? Also im basically like tony stark? 
So to anyone who has a good grasp on the class. Can you explain it like I'm 5? Lol what should i be doing? Or any advice?... the goal here is pretty much bionic flying human death machine.. add some magic too?

If your player were warn, but curiosity got the better of them, will you show consequences. 

Are there DM that does not like people who does not listen to warning and just go for it?
