Meal prep for wok

Japanese sweet potatoes fried and cooked in soy sauce and brown rice syrup. TVP cooked in ginger, five spice powder, and sesame oil. Topped with green onion.

Stir Fryday

Shrimp teriyaki with riced cauliflower, broccoli, sweet peppers, ginger, turmeric, onion and garlic, seasoned with black pepper, cayenne powder and sprinkle of dill

Summer cooking.

Barbecued ginger, lime, and ginger marinated chicken breast, sweetcorn, steamed brocoli, carrots on a bed of baby spinach, with nachos sour cream and homemade guacamole.

Breakfast Quesadilla

One of my greatest creations, I miss it so. Scrambled eggs in blue mug, chopped turkey (deli style), bacon bits, onion and garlic, dehydrated corn, broccoli heads and stem, avocado ranch mixed with quacamole, seasoned with a touch of ginger, salt and pepper, and cayenne, drizzled with sriracha~ (edited)
